Who is this workshop for?

Whether you’re parenting toddlers, tweens, or teens, the strategies and insights provided are adaptable to different developmental stages. This workshop is for all types of families, whether you are co-parenting, parenting solo, or navigating blended family dynamics.
How is this workshop different from other parenting workshops?
Emphasizes connection – fostering meaningful relationships rather than just obedience.
Provides immediately applicable tools – everything you learn can be put into practice right away.
Aligns with therapeutic principles – offering language and techniques similar to your children receiving therapy.
Encourages self-reflection – helping parents understand how their own upbringing shapes their parenting beliefs.
Focuses on strengthening your parenting ‘machine’ – rather than just reacting to specific behaviors.
Is this a therapy session?
No, this is not group therapy. While we acknowledge the challenges of parenting, this space is designed for learning and application, not for processing individual struggles in-depth. Deeper exploration can be done with your or your child’s individual therapist,

You are encouraged to share only what you feel comfortable with. Our goal is to stimulate thought and discussion without forcing anyone to disclose personal struggles. There is no pressure to compare your situation with others – every family is unique.
