Parenting

Intentional Parenting Workshop
We host a 4 hour small group experience to assist in your journey to being the best parent, strengthening your relationships with your children, and having a healthier home.
Expect to gain a better understanding of yourself and your children, applicable skills and tools in how to effectively communicate with your children, and ideas on how to maintain meaningful connections no matter the age of your children.
This workshop is for all caregivers in a parental role who desire raising confident secure children.

Creciendo Juntos: Crianza con Amor y Sabiduría
Al finalizar el grupo, los padres desarrollarán una conexión más fuerte y cercana con sus hijos y hijas aprendiendo a comprenderlos en medio de los retos biculturales. Descubrirán formas prácticas y empáticas de comunicarse con menos conflicto, manejar el estrés familiar y fortalecer la confianza y el apego emocional. A través del orgullo cultural, la sanación y el apoyo comunitario, las familias se sentirán más unidas, seguras y empoderadas para enfrentar juntas esta etapa de la adolescencia y niñez.

Growing Together: Raising Children with Love and Wisdom
By the end of the group, parents will build a stronger and more meaningful connection with their children while learning to understand them within the challenges of a bicultural experience. Parents will gain practical and compassionate tools to communicate with less conflict, manage family stress, and strengthen trust and emotional attachment. Through cultural pride, healing, and community support, families will feel more united, confident, and empowered to navigate childhood and adolescence together.

Blueprint for Resilient Relationships Couples Workshop
The quality of our lives is equal to the quality of our relationships.
Helping couples strengthen their relationship through learning and practicing evidenced-based tools in a day long, small group environment to promote healthy development throughout the various stages of a relationship.
Join us for a comprehensive 6 hour workshop to gain a better understanding of yourself and how to operate within a relationship.
Various Saturdays, 9am-4pm. Lunch included.

Foundations Date Night Series
Because we know that relationships grow when there is consistency, we offer 6 couples a date night once a month for a 3 month series.
With dinner provided, the couples will gain insight into how to directly and positively impact their relationship for long term satisfaction.
Date nights are once a month for 2.5 hours and each topic builds from the previous date night.
Date night series will take place once a month 6-8:30pm.

Women's Health Series: Navigating Peri/Menopause
Join us for a 3-part series designed to empower women with education, support, and practical tools for thriving through peri/menopause.
Learn from experts in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Integrative & Holistic Medicine, Nutrition, Fitness, and Mental Health—and discover strategies to make the second half of life stronger and more fulfilling.
Each session includes a short support-style discussion to build community and connection.

Connections: Women's Support Group
A group developed for women, by women.
Expect to learn and strengthen practical tools rooted in mind-body awareness, foster connections with like-minded women, and to develop deeper connections with not only themselves but also others on a similar path.
Join us the last Saturday of the month from 12pm- 1:30pm.

Families

Mother Daughter Date Night Series
We know relationships change as we change.
This series is designed for mothers & daughters ages 13-18 to get reacquainted with each other, develop more adaptive communication skills, and bring the fun back into our relationships.
Join us and up to 6-8 other pairs once a month for dinner and curated conversations as part of a date night series. Participants are asked to commit to full series as each date night builds off each other.

Family Wilderness
Connection, communication, and nature.
For families with children ages 8 and older.
Join us to help foster connections within your family system and enjoy the outdoors.
Please bring water, a pen and a journal (if you have one). Wear closed toed shoes and weather appropriate attire. Please note: this is not a hiking required group.
Group will meet at our 543 S. 2nd Street office at 9am to have hot beverages with introductions then caravan to the wilderness location around 30 minutes outside Montrose. Snacks will be provided.

Yoga with New Leaf Mindfulness
We are pleased to announce a partnership with New Leaf Mindfulness for existing CTS clients.
Clients can enjoy a healing combination of therapeutic movement, gentle yoga, and balance exercises accompanied by guided meditations to help you find more peace and well-being in mind, body and spirit.
Services are covered by Medicaid for clients enrolled in therapeutic services through CTS.
Mondays 8-9am
Wednesdays 12-1pm
