Talking in a group of people that have similar backgrounds, getting out of your comfort zone, being around other women and seeing & feeling their strength- it is very moving. You have space, time to speak or not, safely ask questions and share (also or not!) and find ways to accept healing and letting go. You will leave with new tools, realistic approaches, and a love for yourself you likely did not ever think possible. You deserve it and you can do it. Best of luck in your journey!"
