Pretty much anyone can benefit from therapy, however, the best indicator is if your daily life is impacted by some aspect of mental health such as anxiety or depression or some exposure to a significant life event.
Things to consider:
do you have have consistent conflict in your life?
find yourself in unhealthy relationship patterns?
have you been impacted by traumatic event(s)?
struggle with body image?

had a sudden life change?
simply want to understand yourself and and what’s standing in the way of your motivations more clearly?
If you answered yes to any of the above, therapy might be a good fit for you.
