    Collaborative Trauma Solutions is looking for a compassionate mental health therapist to be responsible for counseling individuals, groups, or families to diagnose and treat mental health disorders.

    The mental health therapist’s responsibilities also include referring clients to specialists or other team members as their needs dictate, monitoring progress during treatment, record keeping, and creating a comfortable environment for clients to be treated in.

    Collaborative Trauma Solutions LLC is a group practice specializing in trauma and the use of collaboration to provide holistic mental health services.

    The team includes: play therapists, family therapists, EMDR providers, art therapists, coaches, mentors, and other members as needed to meet the needs of individual clients.

    Our goal is to provide the best services possible to help clients heal from trauma, mental illness, and challenging situations. Our clinicians and team members are capable, ethical, and self-motivated.

    Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

    Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.

    Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families.

    Refer clients to specialists or team members if necessary.

    Create a treatment plan based on each client’s needs.

    Monitor client progress during treatment.

    Mental Health Therapist Requirements:

    A master’s degree in psychology, social work, or clinical mental health OR working towards a master’s in one of these majors.

    Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Colorado.

    Prior experience in the human services field OR being in a practicum or internship placement.

    Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-based approach.
