Life After Loss: A Therapeutic Grief Retreat

Have you lost someone recently? Are you having a hard time embodying lightness and love through your grief?

Join us for a weekend in the Switzerland of America, Ouray, Colorado, to gain a new lens on love & loss.

With others by your side, process your individualized grief through photography, symbolism, story sharing, and cognitive reframing. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) will be interwoven by trained mental health professionals. By the end of the weekend, expect to carry your grief and loved one in an entirely new way.

Rock Climbing with Mountain Trip

For teens ages 13-17! Join us for a day of rock climbing in Ouray.

This outing is designed to use rock climbing and the outdoors as a therapeutic tool to expand perspectives on what we are capable of doing and getting outside of comfort zones.

Saturday, May 31st from 8:15am-2:30pm.

No experience necessary.

Climbing guides from Mountain Trip will be there to help facilitate and provide any equipment and gear.

Drop off and pick up will be at 543 S. 2nd Street office and transportation is available for the first 10 participants.

Bring your own lunch and water.

Medicaid accepted.
