Foundation Date Night Series

Because we know that relationships grow when there is consistency, we offer 6 couples a 3 month date night series.

With dinner provided, the couples will gain insight into how to directly and positively impact their relationship for long-term satisfaction.

Couples can attend as their schedules allow however the most benefit comes from participating in the entire series as topics build off each other, but series is designed for couples to hop in at any point. Let us help jump start a practice of making time for each other once a month.


Wednesday, September 9th, 6-8pm- Understanding influence in romantic relationships 

We all bring stories, experiences, and beliefs into our relationships. This interactive date night will help you recognize what is strengthening your connection, what may be getting in the way, and how to intentionally choose the influences that help your relationship thrive.

Wednesday, October 14th, 6-8pm - Communicating and validating our relationship needs 

 Learn how to recognize your own relationship needs, understand your partner's, and communicate them in ways that bring you closer instead of creating distance. Through interactive activities and practical tools, you'll leave with a personalized roadmap for building greater connection, trust, and fulfillment together.   

Wednesday, November 11th, 6-8pm- How we dance in the midst of love and fear 

Every relationship is touched by past experiences, but those experiences don't have to define your future together. Through meaningful conversation and powerful experiential activities, you'll explore how fear quietly shapes connection and discover ways to create more trust, vulnerability, and love in your relationship.
